Jovian LTD (Company Reg Number 475535) is the parent company for products and/or services offered ABCDigital.ie, CreatorSEO.com, MySitePerformance.com, Hub5050.com, News5050.com and myinfo.ie. The Policies and procedures described in this document apply to Jovian LTD and to products and services provided by these websites.
Jovian Limited will make reasonable efforts to protect your personal information. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to outline how we process any personal information you provide us using any of our services, and your rights regarding any personal data that we hold on your behalf.

Types of Information we Collect
Customer Information
Jovian will collect information that you voluntarily provide on our website such as your name, company name, postal address, email address, phone number(s), postal code(s). We may also hold billing and payment information such as direct debit mandates that you willingly provide to Jovian LTD. This will be referred to as Personal Information.
Visitor Information
Statistics and other visitor information such as user IP addresses, browser types, demographic and geographic information and other statistical data are gathered when visitors use our website. This information is gathered by a range of tools. The data is not linked to a user account and as such cannot be linked back to any particular individual (to the best of our knowledge).
This will be referred to as Non-Personal Information as this information is anonymised.
Purpose & Use of Collected Personal Information
We use personal information to process orders and any payments on our website and to communicate with clients regarding products, services and future promotions.
Clients opt-in to our policies when they sign up to any of our free or paid-for services. While personal data is necessary for the operation of many of our services, you can opt out of any communication regarding products, services and future promotions at any time.
The personal information that is needed for the operation of products and services is used for the following processes:
- Securing and verifying your access to our website and the services we provide to you;
- Personalising your experience on our website and services;
- Providing access your dashboard on our site where you can manage your data;

This information will need to be used if you want to delete a service on enquire about any data held against one of the services that we provide to you.
You can at any time request that your personal data is deleted. This may require your account to be closed if the personal data earmarked for deletion is required for the operation of your service. Verification will be needed with any request for deletion of data.
You can request visibility to any personal data held against your account. Once again verification will be needed to prove that you are who you say you are before any information will be sent out.
Requests for personal information or deletion of information will be processed without undue delay or at most within a month of any user verified request. We have no control over third party information (e.g. Google, Bing etc.). We cannot take any responsibility for the data stored on these services.
Information Accuracy & Retention
Jovian will take reasonable steps to ensure the personal information we receive is accurate and reliable for its intended use. We rely on the accuracy of the information provided directly to us by our clients through our websites. We accept responsibility for managing and ensuring confidentiality of the personal information collected. However, we cannot be held responsible to changes in personal information originally supplied to us e.g. changes to contact email address, postal address etc.
We will keep your personal information only for as long as your services are active with us or for as long as is needed for us to comply with our legal obligations (in Ireland).
Login information to websites or client third party applications will be stored in a secure fashion for as long as may be needed to be able to support queries from the client.
Your personal data will be deleted as soon as the purpose for which it was collected is complete or there is no further legal or financial obligation to retain the information.
Sharing of Personal and Non-Personal Information
We will never disclose your personal information with third parties unless you have given written consent to this disclosure or we are required to disclose personal information to the Irish Police Force (Gardai), to comply with a summons, subpoena, an applicable law, a court or regulatory order etc.
We may disclose non-personal information to third parties or third-party applications where we are convinced that the data is not linked to any personal information and does not identify an individual person. The purpose of this information will be to measure overall user activity on our website for example number of unique visitors, visitor demographic, site usage etc. in order to measure and improve our performance.
Security
Most (but not all) Jovian sites will use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect any personal information transferred from your internet browser to our servers. While we cannot guarantee the security of information on or transmitted via the Internet we will endeavour to use best practices and take steps necessary to protect your personal data wherever possible.
Clients are encouraged to take ownership of their data and exercise care when providing personal data to any services whether SSL is in place or not.
Jovian cannot be held responsible for any information that you knowingly enter for publication on the internet (e.g. on myinfo.ie or similar products).
Right of Access to Personal Information
You have the right to access any personal information we hold about you. You have the right to correct, amend or delete any information you deem to be incorrect. You may access your personal information (if applicable) through your dashboard on the Jovian service that you use. The dashboard will enable you to review, update, correct or delete the personal information held by us. This does not include financial information.

Jovian will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before making any modifications to your personal information or sending information to you for security reasons. This verification will require you to log in to your account to verify that you are the owner of the account. If for some reason, you then are unable to log in to your account, please contact us directly.

Changes to our Privacy Policy
In the event that we may need to change our data processing and/or privacy policies, we will notify you of the changes prior to rolling these changes out. You then will have a choice as to whether or not accept the change and can take the appropriate account action.
In some cases where we post the notice we will also email users, who have opted to receive communications from us, notifying them of the changes in our privacy practices.
